About Nicole May 21, 2015 “To some this sport means wins and championships. To others, it means everything.”
Nicole Brumm has been a NASCAR fan for over a decade. It all started in 2002 when she saw Kasey Kahne racing in the Busch series for the first time. At 8 years old, her world changed forever. She barely remembers life before racing.
In early 2005, she fell for another driver, Tony Stewart. She credits a lot of the person she has become to the amazing influence her two drivers have had on her life. College and her dreams of wanting to work in Journalism or Public Relations one day, she attributes to the influence Tony and Kasey have had in her life. Nicole has been blessed to attend multiple cup races in her fan career including Bristol, Michigan, Kentucky (with fellow Fan Reporter Emily Luther) and Kansas. This year she will be returning to Michigan as well, and heading to Chicagoland for the first time. She has also attended Xfinity races at Road America and the Milwaukee Mile. Slowly, but surely, Nicole is making her journey to NASCAR.
She currently attends the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and is graduating next spring with her Bachelors in Communications with a double emphasis in Public Relations and Organizational Communication. She plans to move to North Carolina in the years following graduation to pursue her dream of working in NASCAR in the fields of PR or Marketing, hopefully one day at Stewart-Haas Racing.
